If you’re looking for amazing Detroit-Style pizza, you’re in for a TREAT! I’m a huge fan of their pies, and I genuinely think they’re the best I’ve had in Maryland so far. If you love that iconic Detroit style – thick-but-airy crust, crispy fried bottom, and those cheesy caramelized edges – you’re going to be very happy here.
Here’s what I recommend at White Rabbit Gastropub:
- 1) Veronica Vaughn ($22):If you’re going to start with one pie, make it the Veronica Vaughn. This one came topped with cupping pepperonis, housemade red sauce, ricotta, hot honey, oregano, basil, and parm, and it absolutely delivered. The cheesy edges were my favorite part (because obviously), and the texture contrast was on point – pillowy on the inside, crackly on the outside.
- 2) Big Dill: The second pie we tried was the Big Dill, topped with mozzarella + white cheddar, roasted garlic cream, banana peppers, pickled jalapeños, pickles, tajin, basil, and yes… thicc-fil-a sauce (lol). It was really yummy too, but I personally loved the Veronica Vaughn more.

Don’t Sleep on the Small Plates…
Their small plates were excellent as well. The items we had don’t look like they’re still on the menu (it’s been a minute), but if you ever see Brussels sprouts or cheesesteak empanadas pop back up, do yourself a favor and get both.
And I saw they’re offering gambas ajillo and crab poutine now… so I’m pretty sure I need to make a trip back ASAP. I have no doubt they’ll both be fire.
