Clove & Cardamom’s been on my list for a while so I’m glad I finally got to try their food! People seem to have a lot of conflicting opinions, but hey, that’s the beauty of food, right? Someone’s yum is bound to be someone’s yuck.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience, and I’d happily for back for more anytime. ANYWHO, here’s everything we got on this occasion. And yes, we got a LOT of food so please don’t judge, lol.
To start, we (aka Minje & I) got their Eggplant and Potato Chaat and Tandoori Wings. The eggplant was really great and a must if you’re a fan of the veggie. BUT THE WINGS WERE AMAZING! They were easily some of the best wings I’ve had in the area. Each bite had so much flavor, and the dipping sauce that came with was sublime. Highhhhhly recommend.
As for entrees, we got their Chat Samosa Naan Pizza and their Tikka Masala Chicken Platter. The “pizza” was pretty good, but I honestly regret not getting the tikka version. It was super cheesy though, which I liked. I just thought it was tough to eat since the toppings kept falling off, lol. And the components could’ve worked a little bit better IMO. I can pretty much guarantee the chicken tikka version of this is straight fire though. Def want to try this the next time I go!
The platter was ON POINT! This was one of the lunch deals available (from 11:30-3pm), and they gave you so much food! In addition to the main, it came with veggies, lentils, rice, naan AND dessert. By the way, their kheer was outstanding. We were pretty much stuffed at that point, but we still managed to devour the *entire* dessert.
…for our second dessert, we got their Mango Lassi Sundae. Honestly, I’d go back for this alone. It was like a mango lassi float, any my GOODNESS, was this tasty! 11/10 recommend.
All in all, I was very impressed with this spot! Service was super friendly, and the interior was nice. And FYI, in addition to Indian staples & Indian-ish dishes, they offer Italian and Mediterranean options as well! I’ve never tried any of those dishes though so you guys will have to fill me in on what you think!
If the Indian-Italian mashup is your thing, check out Spice N Slice in Elkridge for Indian-style pizzas that lean into the same fusion idea. If you want another Indian spot in the area, Rangoli in Hanover runs a North and South Indian lunch buffet daily, adds a dosa station on weekends, and everything is halal.
