Handmade Noodles, Peking Duck & More
‼️BIG NEWS‼️ The legendary Peter Chang Kitchen has officially opened a brand-new location in College Park, Maryland (where MeatUp used to be). If you’re looking for some of the best Chinese food in Maryland, this is it – seriously yum.

Oh, and PS: Nom Digital (yours truly ✨) is running their social media, so make sure to follow along for drool-worthy updates 🫶
Why You’ll Love Peter Chang Kitchen in College Park
Handmade Noodles That Hit Different
Their noodles are on another level. I had the Beef Noodle Soup ($14), and it might just be one of the best I’ve had in Maryland – think rich broth, tender beef, and perfectly chewy noodles. You can actually see them make your noodz in their open kitchen, which I think is a fun detail!

I also loved the Tomato Egg Green Bean Noodles ($12). It’s comforting, flavorful, and cooked to perfect al dente texture. OH, and I forgot to tell you, you can choose between regular or Sichuan spicy for your beef noodle soup 🥵.
Other Must-Try Dishes
Peter Chang’s famous for bold flavors and authentic Chinese dishes, and the College Park location is no different. Add these to your order:
- 🦆 Peking Duck – unreal skin, juicy meat, and perfect for sharing
- 🍆 Dry Fried Spicy Eggplant – crispy, savory, and crave-worthy (in the best way)
- 🌶 Chili Oil Handmade Noodles – A spicy noodle lover’s dream!!!! Seriously so good
- 🐷 Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce – basic but one of my faves, lol
- 🍗 Stir-Fried Spicy Chicken with Beer – Yep, beer makes it even better, lol.
